Tucker’s sneaky plan to take control of the Chancellor-Winters Group through his plant, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), is blown apart by Devon. Fans knew all was lost when James’ character heard Audra’s unique text alert sound repeated on Tucker’s smartphone.

The idea that a supposed master manipulator, Tucker, and an operator, Audra, would be so careless is a bit soapy. But their joint failure pushes the plot on Y&R.

Audra will be fired by Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon. Doing so gains them the undesired ability to tell Jill Abbott Atkinson (Jess Walton) that she matched their foolish decision in allowing Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) to hold a position of prominence at CW.

Silver’s character always appeared to be on borrowed time at the company Jill and Devon own. However, Silver’s impressive headshot remains on the show’s online cast list. So, Audra should have a path to remain in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

Y&R Spoilers – Ashley Abbott Gives In And Then Leaves

Ashley was not going to fall for Tucker’s act. Yet, she did within a matter of months.

Tucker’s charm still appeals to the last woman he married. St. John’s character is Ashley’s most recent husband. While a reunion cavort happens, remarriage is not in the daytime cards as of the early new year.

Devon’s arrival at his father’s suite happens while Ashley is there. She is upset by Devon’s reveal about Audra and leaves Tucker. The double loss of his one true love and son re too much for Tucker to handle, and he lashes out.

TPTB recast the Tucker character after viewers had not seen him in many years. Stephen Nichols (currently playing his most famous daytime role, Steve Patch Johnson, on Days of Our Lives) last played Tucker in 2013.
