Y&R Spoilers: Nick Romances Sally, But She’s Not So Sure?

The Young And The Restless - Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) Sally Spectra, (Courtney Hope)The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that as Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) romances Sally Spectra, (Courtney Hope) she won’t be so sure about it. She isn’t sure if she’s ready to define a relationship with him as a romance because things are going too fast for her and she’s scared.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Too Much Too Fast

Sally and Nick got physically involved after one handshake set off a roaring lust fire, and she’s barely over his brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) if she even really is. She falls so hard when she does fall in love, she’s afraid to even call it that, and it’s once burned, twice shy with her only it’s many more times. She’s worried if this “situationship” as she calls it to Nick, gets serious, she’ll get hurt again when it’s over and she’s sure it will be over, it always is.

Sally has learned hard life lessons from getting into deep romantic relationships, namely that for her, they never work out. Nick tells her he’s sure that she hasn’t been hurt any more times than he has himself.

Y & R Spoilers – Nick Newman Undeterred

Nick has been around the block a couple of times on the love and hurt merry-go-round, and all but one, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) had also been with Adam. Nick doesn’t tell Sally this to prove a pattern, just to say that he’s been through this before when Adam would dump a girlfriend and he’d become involved with her later. Apparently Nick and Adam are attracted to the same qualities in women, otherwise Nick says it’s purely coincidental and nothing to worry about. Adam thinks what he’s going to think and say what he’s going to say, and in his opinion Adam was very stupid to dump Sally the way he did. It was nothing Sally did, said, or was, it was just Adam being all about Adam and going through one of his self-destructive phases.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Pull Back

Sally thinks it’s best that she and Nick pull back for now and just return to a professional relationship only, although he can tell it’s out of self-preservation. Sally wants to put the ball in his court and give him an out if he wants, before someone winds up getting hurt again. Nick honestly wants to see where whatever this “situationship” goes, and give it and them a chance but he understands her fear of getting hurt.

Maybe they could meet in the middle and be friends, with or without benefits, and he leaves it up to her. This of course leaves Sally a bit thrown, but she agrees they need to at least slow it down and not rush in.
