If Ashley and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) found out what Jack Abbot (Peter Bergman) did for the sake of Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), then she could easily get the CEO position.

Jack already offered Diane a position. Conveniently, Jack is retiring from his position. This would be the perfect time for Ashley to acquire the CEO position, claims the original poster.

However, some Y&R fans are tired of this repeated storyline over the fight for Jabot. They would like some fresh material for a change.

Other fans think it could be this easy to give Ashley the company — especially since it’s the position she so desperately wants. Some fans are holding out hope that Ashley and Billy find out what Jack did for Diane.

That would be the leverage needed for Ashley to take over the company. Some fans think Jack should bow out of the position since he’s a terrible CEO who makes the wrong decisions.

The Y&R spoilers also reveal that Diane’s past will come back to haunt her. Fans are hoping that everyone will find out about Diane’s criminal activities. She’s not interested in running the company. However, that didn’t stop her from receiving a high-ranking position at Jabot, which she’s not qualified for.

Diane is enjoying the perks that come with being involved with Jack. She’s using it to her advantage. Jack would sign over his life since Diane would gladly take it, even though she claims she has no interest in his company. Fans are holding out hope that Diane and Jack’s crimes will come up once again since they’re not innocent people.

However, other fans argue that Jack can get away with hisc rimes if the other characters can as well. Some of them would like to see Ashley go back to Paris and take care of her own company.

They want to know how it’s running while she’s been away all this time. They don’t think she deserves to be CEO since she can’t even manage her international business.
