The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for the week of February 23, 2026. Fans can expect Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) to get an unexpected opportunity.
Meanwhile, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) is on the loose again. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.
Nick Newman’s Addiction Story
Let’s start off with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Fans know that he ran out of pain pills, and ended up finding fentanyl in his jacket pocket.
It was from the search for Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). It’s a good thing Nick didn’t get pulled over or searched by the cops.
In any case, it seems Nick is headed into a dangerous addiction storyline. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will worry about her brother. However, Nick will continue to insist he’s just fine.
Matt Clark Returns
Nick won’t just have Newman Enterprises and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to deal with. The man will also have to cope with Matt being on the loose again.
The minute the man was released from jail, he went missing. Later in the week, though, Nick and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) turn the tables on Matt.
Noah Newman Reconnects
The young and the Restless spoilers for the week of February 23 reveal that Noah will reconnect with someone from his past. This isn’t Sienna but Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). The two will share some happy memories together.
Could Noah end up moving on with Audra again? That would surely piss the Newmans off! Speaking of Audra, she stops Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) from making a big mistake.
Meanwhile, Lauren receives an unexpected opportunity.
What Else to Expect
Victoria and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) share a close moment. Meanwhile, Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei) disowns Phyllis.
Also, Nate and Devon Winters (Bryton James) chase a lead on Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins. However, Devon going out of town leaves Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Ethan Ray Clark) vulnerable.
There should also be some more scenes on Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). What is going to happen as she prepares to go to trial? Plus, will Ian Ward (Ray Wise) continue to haunt the young woman?
Even though Mariah expresses guilt, Ian could pressure her to make another bold move. This story with Mariah and Dominic might not be over yet, so stay tuned!
