Boston Blue Spoilers: Another Reagan Family Member Shows Up For A Visit In Beantown!

Boston Blue spoilers and updates reveal that another member of the original Blue Bloods Reagan family is headed to Beantown, making the third original member to pay a visit.

The spinoff from Blue Bloods features Donnie Wahlberg as Danny Reagan, who moved to Boston in response to his son Sean Reagan (now Mika Amonson) joining the police force there.

Another member of the illustrious Reagan family is making his way to Beantown. CBS’ exciting new series “Boston Blue” is all set to welcome Len Cariou-known for his role as Henry Reagan.

This marks his very first appearance on the “Blue Bloods” spin-off, which brings him back together with Donnie Wahlberg.

In a delightful twist, Bridget Moynahan is also scheduled to make her second appearance later in Season 1.

Wahlberg inadvertently revealed this exciting news on Tuesday afternoon during a virtual panel organized by the Television Critics Association.

Bridget Moynahan To Appear As Erin Reagan, And Marisa Ramirez As Detective Maria Baez

Following this announcement, TVLine has confirmed that Cariou will be guest-starring in Episode 13, which is set to air in April. Bridget Moynahan,  who was last seen in the pilot episode  will make her return in Episode 17, scheduled to air in May.

“Matt’s Inside Line” has also officially announced that Marisa Ramirez is set to reprise her role as Detective Maria Baez in the upcoming Episode 15, which is also scheduled to air in April.

Wahlberg shared with reporters that, “Grandpa Reagan is going to make an appearance, and Erin will be back as well,” while discussing Danny’s choice to join the Boston Police Department in Episode 9.

This was a decision that carries significant implications for the series, particularly regarding Danny’s long-distance relationship with Baez as Season 1 continues.

Donnie Wahlberg Elaborated On The Baez-Reagan Long Distance Romance, And The Couple Trying To Work It Out

Donnie  elaborated, “I believe there are still many layers to this situation, right? So, of course, we have Maria, and I think they are in the process of figuring things out together.” He added, “I won’t give away too much- but I can tell you that the situation is not resolved yet.

She will definitely return in the upcoming episodes,” emphasizing that Danny’s shift in career has an impact on everyone involved.

Currently, Maria seems to be doing all the commuting to maintain their relationship; “Boston Blue” Season 1 returns with Episode 10 (of 20) on Friday, February 27 at 10 p.m.
