GAC – Catering Christmas From GAC Family
GAC Family is working on its new slate of 2022 holiday movies and has announced its first Christmas movie for 2022. Going under the working title of Catering Christmas, the film will star Daniel Lissing and Merritt Patterson. Production was started on Sunday, April 3 on the first of the network’s Great American Christmas programming event.
As noted by Variety, Patterson plays Molly Frost, who is struggling to get her new catering business off the ground. However, she unexpectedly lands New Hampshire’s biggest event of the year, the Harrison Foundation Christmas Gala. Meanwhile, Carson Jacob Harrison (Lissing) appears on the scene. He is the nephew and reluctant heir to the family’s foundation and is managing the gala this holiday.
Meanwhile, Carson is a renowned photographer who has spent years of his life jet-setting around the world. He did so in order to avoid taking over the foundation from his Aunt Jean. However, hometown Molly, who was once a beneficiary of the foundation’s generosity, takes Carson on a journey to learn about all the good his family does for so many. This discovery inspires the photographer to use his artistic gifts to create the most heartwarming fundraiser in the history of the Harrison Foundation.
