Taylor Sheridan keeps on hiring A-list Hollywood stars in his new shows and his Yellowstone spinoff, Madison, is set to be Michelle Pfeiffer. Moreover, the actress will not only star in the series but will also serve as an executive producer. Meanwhile, a couple more Hollywood stars, Patrick J. Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Pfeiffer to star in Taylor Sheridan’s Madison
MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios have officially announced that Michelle Pfeiffer will star in the Taylor Sheridan series. Previously titled 2024, the new installment in the Yellowstone franchise is Madison.
Meanwhile, Deadline did previously report that Pfeiffer was involved in his new project, as well as Kurt Russell and Patrick J. Adams. However, Russell and Adams have been in talks for months, with their names mentioned in the series in February and June.
What is Madison about?
According to the logline for the series, it is a heartfelt study of grief and human connection. Moreover, the storyline follows a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana.
Chris McCarthy, Co-CEO of Paramount Global and President/CEO of Showtime and MTV Entertainment studios made a statement about the Yellowstone spinoff, saying:

About Michelle Pfeiffer
Pfeiffer is an American actress and one of Hollywood’s most bankable stars in the 1980s and 1990s. Her performances have attracted numerous accolades, including a Golden Globe Award and a British Academy Film Award. Meanwhile, Michelle has been nominated for three Academy Awards and a Primetime Emmy Award. Her most recent roles are for What Lies Beneath in 2000 and Hairspray in 2007.
As noted by the Hollywood Reporter, Pfeiffer is the latest A-list star to join Sheridan’s cast lists, following Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren in the Yellowstone prequel series 1923. Moreover, Matthew McConaughey was previously in talks to star, but so far, a deal has not been announced.
