Cote de Pablo debuted in the first 11 seasons as the special agent Ziva David. She had a relationship with Special Agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly). Ziva’s character left the show in Season 11.

She protected special agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), who was part of a dangerous political mission.

Ziva returned in Season 17 of NCIS. Ziva’s storyline will pick up where it left off in the spin-off series. It will stream on Paramount+ in 2024. The new show is currently in production. In the meantime, NCIS fans are hoping for Ziva’s return to the original series.

NCIS Spoilers – Is Ziva David Returning?

According to the NCIS spoilers, Ziva David could return to her old stomping grounds. Her former co-star Michael Weatherly hinted about a surprise cameo from Cote de Pablo.

During his Instagram Live with Brian Dietzen, which was documented by TikTok user tivaology, Weatherly teased that there is a “surprise Cote de Pablo thing” that will happen in a future episode.

Weatherly revealed to a fan that he couldn’t share any more details. He did reveal that it’s a scene that Dietzen is also part of. “I think it’s going to blow people’s brains because she does not do this stuff… she’s a very private person and I’m a little bit more outspoken and open to, you know, putting myself on show.”

“Cote will be making an appearance, I can tease that she will be making an appearance very soon,” Michael Weatherly continued. “Yeah, and it’s gonna be great. She looks great, she’s happy and she’s as beautiful as ever. So, I can’t wait for everyone to see her again.”

The NCIS Season 21 spoilers suggest that she will appear toward the end of the season. It could set her up to appear in Weather’s new spin-off series.

Weatherly already made his return during Season 21. He reprised his role as Tony DiNozzo in the episode that paid tribute to David McCallum. It was Weatherly’s first return since he departed in 2016.
