Sharon Osbourne Did Not Return To The Talk For Its Finale – The Reason Will Shock Fans

Sharon Osbourne Did Not Return To The Talk For Its Finale - The Reason Will Shock FansAfter a 15-year run on CBS daytime, The Talk is coming to an end. While it was thought that some past hosts may make a return for the big series finale, one of them that is not is Sharon Osbourne. CTS has the scoop on the stunning reason why.

Sharon Osbourne’s Reason For Missing The Talk’s Finale

The Talk’s very last show takes place on December 20, 2024. Current co-hosts Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Jerry O’Connell will say goodbye to fans, and the entire show is expected to be a major event.

Some viewers believed the show would ask some former hosts to appear for the finale, and one such personality included Sharon Osbourne, who acted as a host on the talk show that mirrored The View, from 2010 to 2021.

Still, according to the U.S. Sun, some former Talk co-hosts declined to come to the finale as allegedly, they didn’t want to interact with one of the current hosts.

The source goes on to note that many former The Talk co-hosts didn’t want to sit on the panel with Sheryl Underwood. The source added, “I believe Sharon was asked back. There was a conversation, but she would never sit on that panel.”

The insider revealed that Underwood has a ‘tricky personality’ who gets along with people, and keeps them close, but then will do ‘something vindictive’. It seems as if there have been a few disagreements between Underwood and other hosts in the past.

The source would go on to say that she wouldn’t come out of her dressing room and would stop talking to people, which slowed down production.

Why Is The Talk Ending?

The Talk is coming to a close, but is opening the door for new daytime drama, Beyond The Gates to premiere. It’ll be joining other CBS soaps like The Young and the Restless as well as The Bold and the Beautiful, and is placed during The Talk’s timeslot.

Beyond The Gates premieres on Monday, February 24, but for the time being, The Price is Right reruns will air during that time on CBS’s schedule.
