Why would Netflix Cancel The Series If The Viewership Wasn’t Low?

The Pandemic protocols which are still in place indeed have increased filming costs – this could be one of the major reasons for the cancelation on the platform. It is no news that series movies cost a lot to film, and The Irregulars is more than just a typical series. It is also a supernatural drama, requiring plenty of VFX in the post-production process. With all this in mind, Netflix may be concerned about the rising costs of pandemic protocols.

There are possibilities that the Nielsen streaming Top 10 isn’t as accurate as we have been made to believe. In addition, the streaming Top 10 doesn’t necessarily count new subscribers. With viewer’s numbers undoubtedly inflated through several people rewatching the show, Netflix will have no choice but to carefully look at new viewers, especially new subscribers for the specific shows. While the irregular series initially had strong support from many people across the globe, the noise subdued down quicker than we imagined.
