NCIS Season 19 just started its hiatus after episode 9 ended on December 6. Well, Hawaii stopped for their mid-season break on December 6, as well. Meanwhile, Los Angeles stopped airing in November. So, when will these shows return to CBS? Read on to find out. All of the shows are extremely popular, and this Christmas will no doubt, see fans watching some old re-runs.
NCIS Hawaii And NCIS Season 19 Hiatus – When Will They Return?
NCIS Hawaii premiered in September this year with lots of action and the season didn’t disappoint. When the show went on hiatus, it upset some fans. However, it’s quite normal, especially when the festive season draws near. Well, it comes back again, as it usually does, but fans still need to wait nearly a full month for it. Expect it back on CBS on January 3. Actually, the show returned with new characters and new storylines, so that really engaged fans. Recall, Vanessa Lachey became the first female lead actress when she landed the role as Special Agent In Charge as Jane Tennant.
NCIS Season 19 also went on hiatus, but Meredith Eaton quickly confirmed via Twitter that she will reprise her role as Carol Wilson. She tweeted “You heard the man … the secret is out. Carol Wilson is BACK on @NCIS_CBS” Well, the news originated with Wilmer Valderrama, who spilled the tea. Meredith Eaton was last seen as Carol on the show back in 2013, along with other popular cast members like Anthony D. “Tony” DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly). Back then, Abby Abigail Sciuto (Pauley Perrette) was still part of the show. While the next episode, (10) is confirmed as returning on Monday, January 3, no title was revealed, according to MSN.
NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13, Episode 7 Returns
Monsters and Critics reported that Los Angeles returns on January 2, 2022. Additionally, the outlet noted, “star Daniela Ruah… (Special Agent Kensi Blye) is the director of that new episode.” Episode 7 got a synopsis from CBS for the Winter 2022 premiere. It read: “NCIS investigates the apparent suicide of a Navy intelligence officer who [leaped] to his death after taking LSD. Also, while Kensi is away, Deeks makes plans to redo the backyard without her input.”
TVLIne reported at the end of November, that NCIS “delivered the night’s largest audience.” Meanwhile, Hawaii held steady with“4.9 mil/0.4.” It was beaten out by Fox’s 9-1-1 and NBC’s The Voice. However, it ranked higher than Country Christmas and The CW’s The Black Pack. That’s not bad for a show that originated eons ago in terms of TV series.
Lots Of Action In 2022
NCIS and the spinoffs promise a lot of action and more exciting drama in the New Year. For now, fans need to be patient, but after Christmas ends, they will at least get their fix from CBS with so much more.
