“Yellowstone” – The Elephant In The Room … Kevin Costner Will Not Be There
Sadly, one cast member not returning for the last Yellowstone hooray is Kevin Costner, who played John Dutton.
There’s a good possibility that Dutton passes away off-screen, which could be the reason why fans should stalk up on tissues, as Bohen suggested.
Costner confirmed on CBS Mornings that he was not slated to return to final episodes of Yellowstone, and noted the fulfilled his contractual obligations with the show.
It looks like the actor could not come up with a deal for him to return to the series for its final episodes, so fans will have to wait and see how things wrap up for the show and its characters.
