Yellowstone Prequel 1883 – Big Names And Big Budget
Paramount fans already heard that the show brings Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill who will star in it. If you don’t know, the show was created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson. Originally, it premiered in June 2018 and features excellent actors like Kevin Costner, Wes Bentley, Kelly Reilly, Luke Grimes, Cole Hauser, and Gil Birmingham. The show focused on the conflict that arose between a native reservation and a huge ranch. Well, the prequel takes fans back before that, into the pioneering days.
The Yellowstone Prequel 1883 spoilers revealed that Taylor Sheridan works with a massive budget and it’s all about authenticity. Real wagons were constructed for the Dutton family ancestors to journey into the Great Plains. Not just one or two, or even three, but 30 of them. Touted as a gripping story, production even constructed a place near Granbury, Texas, into an Old West town. Near Fort Worth, it apparently looks like every inch is authentic.
Yellowstone Prequel 1883 Brings In Billy Bob Thornton
Billy Bob Thornton is known for Fargo and Goliath. Taste of Country reported that he stars in a guest role. He acts as “Marshal Jim Courtright alongside McGraw and his wife Faith Hill.” The outlet noted, “Thornton and McGraw previously starred together in the acclaimed 2004 film Friday Night Lights.” Other recognizable faces include Isabel May (Alexa & Katie) and LaMonica Garrett, (Designated Survivor, Sons of Anarchy).
Why the hullabaloo about Billy Bob Thorton in the Yellowstone Prequel 1883? Well, Deadline pointed out that apart from Friday Night Lights and Goliath, he soon features in “the Russo Brothers’ The Gray Man.” Furthermore, he “recently starred in the Sam Taylor-Johnson drama A Million Little Pieces.” Good acting, good writing, a massive budget, and a lot if authenticity promise that this show could be everything hoped for
