Yellowstone Season 4 – Ended & Season 5 comes Along
So many people tune in to watch the show, that it’s hardly surprising that another season comes along. The news was leaked by Cole Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler. He said that Taylor Sheridan was already working on the new season. Clearly, as the show is one of only a few where viewership increases, it’s a lucrative decision to make more seasons. While some fans felt that Season 4 was little more than hype for 1883, plenty of folks tune in for more of the story.
Yellowstone 1883 was deemed by some critics to be too unrealistic, but that doesn’t seem to stop millions of fans from raving about it. Actually, fans might wonder what Kevin Costner earns off it. Well, if the reports are true, just one episode might see poorer people thinking about retirement. Of course, he didn’t earn millions when the show started, but each season brings more viewers and a high income. Probably, more millions loom the future for the talented actor.
Yellowstone Season 4 – Earned Kevin Costner 1.2 Million
1.2 Million is not money to be sneezed at. However, Screenrant reports that it was per episode! The outlet cited Puck News, and noted, “by season 4 his deal has reached $1.2 million per episode, which may be upped even higher for the inevitable season 5.” Apparently, he started out the series on $500K per episode, not bad for an untested series. However, he also wisely signed up for increases in future seasons. Perhaps, nobody expected the popularity of the show to increase with each passing season.
If you do the sums, then Yellowstone Season 4, which delivered 10 episodes, fattened Kevin Costner’s considerable bank account by a lot more dollars. Is he worth the money? you might ask. Well, the finale on January 2, 2022, got so many viewers that it and became the “highest-rated cable episode since 2017.” It’s really not often that a TV series get so many viewers, and even rarer for an established A-List star to feature in them.
Yellowstone Season 4 – Kevin Coster Doesn’t Top The Salary List
Despite his massive income from Yellowstone. Kevin Coster isn’t the highest-paid actor in a series. TV Shows Ace pointed out that “Chris Pratt earned $1.4 million per episode of Terminal List.”
