‘Yellowstone’ Spinoff ‘1923’ Season 2 Sets Premiere Dates, Releases New Pictures And Teaser

As one chapter closes, another one begins, or at least the second season of another one begins.
‘Yellowstone’ is finally rounding up to its finale episode, and so far we have gotten a lot of massive shock that we’re not exactly sure how to deal with or even react to. However, this doesn’t mean that the world of ‘Yellowstone’ is forever closed off to us, as we can always hop back in time to ‘1923’ to keep up with the Dutton family tree.

Another spinoff ‘The Madison,’ formerly called ‘2024,’ has already entered production with a lot of amazing stars joining the cast. Let’s just say that the future of ‘Yellowstone’ is very much secure in the hands of creator Taylor Sheridan.

Paramount+ Sets Release Date For ‘1923’ Next Year

You gotta give it to Taylor Sheridan for managing to create spinoffs that’s as enjoyable as the original series. Starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, ‘1923’ has been slated to return on Sunday, Feb. 23, with new episodes dropping each week.

To get fans excited to receive the latest season, the streamer released some of the first footage of Season 2 in two new teasers , along with several onset photos.

Season 2 is said to revolve around Ford’s Jacob Dutton and Mirren’s Cara dealing with new challenges and unfinished businesses as winter rolls in at the Yellowstone ranch – the proud Dutton family inheritance they would kill to keep.

The adversaries and harsh conditions threaten to end the Dutton family legacy for good, so can Jacob and Cara stay afloat enough to preserve the ranch for future generations?

(In retrospect, they probably would, that’s the thing with prequels I’m afraid – unless Sheridan pulls some next-level crazy shit.)

And oh, the elderly couple will need the help of Brandon Sklenar’s Spencer, that is if he can race home in time to offer the much-needed help.

Happily, property fights won’t be all the drama we’ll encounter in this new season, as Julia Schlaepfer’s Alexandra is set to embark on a trans-Atlantic journey in the bid to reinite with Spencer and possibly restart their romance.

Executive produced by Yellowstone co-creator Taylor Sheridan, David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Ben Richardson, Michael Friedman and Keith Cox, the second season will feature other stars like Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Michelle Randolph, Sebastian Roché and Timothy Dalto.

Paramount Network plans to host a special linear airing on ‘1923’s’ first season beginning Sunday, Dec. 8, immediately following the airing of a new ‘Yellowstone’ episode.
