Zoe Saldana Gets A Strict Warning From Marvel Over Movie Spoilers

Fans of the epic adventure franchise “Guardians of the Galaxy” are looking forward to dipping their toes back into its exciting world, or worlds to be correct, one last time, and they’re ready to eat up any clues leading up to the movie’s release, but the movie’s “security” is cleaning up the trail. No breadcrumbs this time guys.

“Marvel Security” Made Zoe Saldana Delete “Guardians Of The Galaxy 3” Behind-The-Scenes Clip

Oh oh, it looks like Saldana got in trouble for sharing some behind-the-scenes clip of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”.

On Monday, the actress posted a picture of herself flipping through pages of a binder while sipping from a mate cup in her green Gamora make-up. Writing in the caption, she jokingly revealed that “Marvel Security” asked her to delete the behind-the-scenes clip from Instagram previously, as a way to avoid leaking any crucial information about what they’ve been up to at the set. In order to keep to the rules, she used a green pen effect to cover up the contents of the binder.

“Had to take this down before because of Marvel Security,” Saldana, 43, wrote in the caption. “Now that I covered what they don’t want you to see, let’s just focus on the Mate!!!!! #mate #gamora #bebe.”

Saldana has previously shared multiple inside looks at her “Guardians of the Galaxy” character, Gamora. Last month, she shared a selfie of her green onscreen character, captioning it “Gamora felt cute! #nofilter.”

Back in November, Saldana and her “Guardians of the Galaxy” co-star Chris Pratt were photographed on set for the first day of filming the movie’s third installment.

“It’s been a strange & long & at times challenging journey to get here, but the obstacles along the way have only made this moment more blissful. Back on set with my Guardians family for the first day of shooting #gotgvol3,” director James Gunn tweeted at the time with a photo featuring the cast members on set.

Gunn also went on to share that “Guardians of the Galaxy” is reaching its end on Deadline’s “Hero Nation” podcast last month.

“This is the end for us, the last time people will see this team of Guardians,” Gunn said of the third movie, which is due in theaters on May 5, 2023. He added, “It’s so, so big and dark, and different from what people might be expecting it to be. I just want to be true to the characters, the story and give people the wrap-up that they deserve for the story.”
