Camilla Parker Bowles Opens Up About Her Love For Her Adopted Dogs

The official Clarence House Instagram account shared a photo of Camilla Parker Bowles taking a walk with her dog in a photo that was taken several months earlier. The Duchess of Cornwall had this to say about her love for her dogs, Beth and Bluebell, both of whom she adopted from Battersea, “The nice thing about dogs is you can sit them down, you could have a nice long conversation, you could be cross, you could be sad and they just sit looking at you wagging their tail!”

Of course, it didn’t take very long for Camilla’s fans to comment on her post and photo. Some fans said, “What a great sentiment and a wonderful photo!!!!” along with, “So very true! Dogs are such wonderful loving and kind souls.”

Another fan wrote, “I also have a rescued Jack Russell, called Duncan. They are the best companions! Dogs love us unconditionally!!!”

The Duchess of Cornwall Guest Edits The Emma Barnett Show

The Duchess will also open up more about her life in lockdown and the charity work that she is passionate about when she guest edits the Emma Barnett Show on BBC 5 Live. Meanwhile, both the Duke and the Duchess of Cornwall plan on making even more public appearances with their royal engagements in the coming weeks as the UK begins to ease their restrictions from the coronavirus lockdown. So far the only senior member of the royal family who has remained behind closed palace doors happens to be Queen Elizabeth, who is currently still at Windsor Castle. The Queen’s calendar has been cleared for up to October of this year.
