General Hospital Spoilers – Dr. Neil Byrne And Alexis Davis Found Themselves In The Same Opera Box And The Same Hotel By Coincidence
General Hospital viewers will recall that Neil and Alexis found themselves not only sitting in the same opera box side by side but registered at the same hotel in New York City, totally by coincidence! But it wasn’t a coincidence that they had a meal together, possibly in a restaurant within the hotel, and it certainly wasn’t a coincidence when they wound up in bed for the first time that night!
But what neither one of them knew is that someone was watching them from down the hall from Alexis’ hotel room and saw them tumble into her room while all over each other! It’s possible that the same person – who likely is on the medical board – saw them in the restaurant together and followed them to see where they would go together, which was to Alexis’ hotel room! There was no mistaking what was going on there – it was quite, quite, obvious that they were going there to hit the sheets!
GH Spoilers – Alexis Davis Warned Neil Byrne Not To Tell The Truth Or He Could Kiss His Career Goodbye
Afterward, Alexis, in a robe, warned Neil not to tell the truth about their relationship to the medical board, promising she wouldn’t either, therefore giving him an alibi of sorts, or he could kiss his career goodbye! But once they get to the medical board meeting where Neil will fight to retain his medical license, unfortunately, the “sheets” are going to hit the fan and the revelation that the medical board already knows what happened between Neil and Alexis the night before will stun not only Neil but Alexis too!
There will be no way of denying what their true relationship is now, and whoever followed them or saw them from down the hall of the hotel may even have captured the moment on a cell phone camera video which will be presented as evidence! Now, if this were a criminal trial and not a medical board hearing, Alexis could get that thrown out as they would have been filmed without their knowledge or permission; and possibly even stalking accusations could have been brought up, and the video, therefore, would have been inadmissible.
The defense would be similar to that of the police had submitted as evidence in a criminal trial something they needed a warrant for and not having said warrant. However, criminal law does not necessarily apply to a medical board hearing and Neil may be out of a medical license under the conflict of interest rule, and there may be nothing Alexis can do to help him get it back, especially since she was a “partner in crime” with him!
