Little People Big World star Amy Roloff has documented her life as a little person for over a decade on the TLC show.  If you follow Amy and her family, then you know that Amy and Matt Roloff had four kids, and three of them are regular height, Zack Roloff was born with dwarfism.

Amy Roloff Opens Up About Jeremy’s Kids

Amy’s son Jeremy Roloff and wife Audrey have three children, Ember is 5, Bode is 2, and Radley is almost a year old.  All three of their children were born regular height and do not struggle with any of the issues that their grandmother does.  We all know that kids say the darndest things, and Jeremy’s kids are no exception.  In a recent social media post Amy Roloff opened up about being a grandparent to Jeremy’s non-dwarf kids.

In an Instagram live session Amy Roloff got real with Little People Big World fans about the discrepancies in her family’s height.  Amy dished, “I think it’s interesting with Ember because she’s obviously recognizing that, ‘OK, Mimi’s only this height, but Mom and Dad ….’ So, she knows I’m, you know, an adult, obviously, and everything, but she tries to pick me up.  I’m like, Ember, I’m sorry to say, but that is one thing you’re not gonna be able to do. But, I’m helping her understand that even though I am this height, the same as her, I’m still an adult, I’m still in charge, even though they are my grandkids.”

Little People Big World Star Dishes On Grandma Life

Of course, the dynamic is totally different with Zach and Tori Roloff’s three children, Jackson, Lilah, and Josiah, who were all born with dwarfism and don’t see any differences between Grandma Amy and themselves.  Should Jeremy and Audrey work with their kids a little more on the acceptance of people with disabilities and dwarfism?
