The Dog Lover’s Guide To Dating is a canine love affair
Starring Rebecca Dalton, Corey Sevier and more, the new, original movie The Dog Lover’s Guide To Dating also features cute canines. According to the official synopsis, Alex (Dalton) is a professional dog trainer and is more in love with her four-legged clients than she is with their owners, whom she never fully trusts. In fact, her skepticism of a dog’s two-legged best friend makes dating difficult, or nonexistent for Alex.
Meanwhile, Simon (Sevier) has the opposite problem. In fact, he has found the girl of his dreams, but can’t win over her dog so they can live happily ever after. When he finds out about Alex’s great dog training skills, he convinces her to train him in the ways of the canine. Moreover, he needs this so he can show his girlfriend, Chloe (Eliza King) and her much-loved pug what a fun-loving pack leader he can be.

Alex is reluctant, but she does agree to help, despite not being convinced that dog training can turn Simon’s dating life around. Meanwhile, her focus is split, as she has bigger problems and needs to raise enough money to save the local animal shelter. As for Simon, he jumps into action, eager to show off his marketing skills to Alex.
As Simon spends more time together with Alex, he realizes he has been barking up the wrong tree all this time. In fact, it turns out he had been surprisingly falling for Alex all along. Will their joint fundraiser be enough to keep the animal shelter open? Meanwhile, will Alex allow herself to fall in love over their shared bond for their furry friends?
