Ridge reminds Hope that it’s not personal. Brooke says Hope’s fashion line is part of her identity. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) feels awkward and suggests he and Taylor leave.

Deacon sits down with Liam and Will. Deacon tries to impress them with fancy food talk.

Will gets Katie’s text. Will, Liam, and Deacon talk about BATIE. Deacon thinks that Bill has enough brains not to lose Katie again if he gets another chance.
Hope is stunned. Steffy is NOT canceling Hope For the Future. Steffy knows the numbers aren’t good, but she’s more interested in nurturing business relationships.
Steffy thinks short-term, HFTF sucks. Long-term, it’s what is best for the company.
Steffy acknowledges that Hope’s line has made an impact and has a certain demographic, and history shows they always bounce back.
Carter agrees. Ridge looks baffled. Hope thanks Steffy but she is also confused.
Bill doesn’t want to come off too eager. Katie says it’s his son, not a job interview. Katie thinks it’s sweet how much Bill wants to reconnect with Will.
Katie suggests Bill not dominate the conversations. Will comes in.

B&B Recap – Monday, September 16, 2024
Ridge, Brooke, and Taylor are alone in the office. Taylor is surprised that Steffy didn’t give Ridge a heads-up.
Brooke is relieved and excited. While gushing about Steffy’s decision, Taylor looks worried. Brooke mentions it’s very mature of Steffy.
Taylor laughs and tells Brooke there is a reason why Steffy is co-CEO. Brooke mentions this must mean that Taylor agrees with Steffy’s decision to keep Hope’s fashion line.
Taylor won’t admit to anything. Taylor only keeps saying how talented and wise her daughter is. Taylor adds that Steffy ALWAYS makes the right decision for the company.
Interesting since Taylor doesn’t work there and hasn’t even been on the same continent as her daughter…
Hope is on the phone with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz). Steffy interrupts. Steffy says that Hope’s line has been riding high for many years, so she definitely has what it takes.
Steffy sees potential and that’s why she didn’t kill the line. Hope thanks Steffy for keeping their personal issues out of the office.
Will and Bill exchange awkward small talk. Katie brings up family time. Will mistakenly assumes they are getting back together.
They both say no and avoid questions about their relationship. They all start losing up and sharing a nice moment together.
Brooke addresses Ridge about him being so hard on Hope’s line. Taylor is still there. Ridge says he’s not being hard-nosed, the line isn’t doing well.
Brooke thinks Ridge was going to scrap Hope’s line. Taylor interrupts and says Brooke isn’t being fair to Ridge.
Brooke just wants an answer. Brooke wants to know what Ridge was going to decide if Steffy hadn’t piped in. Well, now who is making it personal, Brooke?!
Steffy says keeping HFTF rides on one condition. Steffy repeats, “Do not turn into Brooke Logan.”
Steffy says she deserves a certain level of respect. If Steffy gets even one iota of a feeling that Hope is looking at Finn, then her line is toast.
