The Young And The Restless Preview Week Of June 29: Jack’s Danger, Diane’s Manipulation, & Nikki’s Surgery ConcernsThe Young and the Restless promo video for the week of June 29-July 3 has been released! Fans can expect to see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in danger, while Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) manipulates.

Plus, there will be concerns over Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) surgery. Learn more about what’s set to unravel in GC below.

Where Is Jack Abbott?

The Young and the Restless preview for the week of June 29 opens with a scene between Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

The two are at Society as Kyle asks his aunt if she’s seen or heard from his father.

Traci replies that she hasn’t, and then worriedly asks if something has happened. This is when Kyle states, “I think he might be in real trouble.”

As fans recall from the Friday, June 26 episode, Kyle lured Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) away from his home so that Jack could head to his house in search of Diane Abbott (Susan Walters).

Kyle and Jack were at Crimson talking about their plan before Jack left the coffee shop to find Diane, and the camera panned to show Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), hiding behind a plant, listening in.

Patty will likely intercept Jack before he can get to Diane; however, what will she do to ensure she stops him?

Diane Abbott Manipulates

As scenes shift, the next clip shows Diane with Dr. Markham in his living room, in another therapy session.

Diane looks bright-eyed as she says, “Isn’t there also a psychological term for when you’re developing an attachment to your therapist?”

Diane’s totally manipulating the situation to make it seem as if she’s grown fond of Markham to gain his trust, when viewers know she’s on to his game.

Markham replies, “It’s quite common and a positive part of the process.” Diane grins back and tells the man that she’s really looking forward to their next session.

Nikki Newman’s Surgery Concerns

As The Young and the Restless preview comes to a close, the last scene opens with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) staring at Nikki’s wedding rings in the palm of his hand.

He’s in her hospital room and looks very worried as Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) voices can be heard in the background.

Victoria states that Nikki’s surgery is done, as Nick asks how it went. Vicky answers by saying it’s too soon to tell. Will Nikki be okay?
