General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie’s Baby Becomes Brook Lynn’s — But How?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Maxie (Kirsten Storms) on a quest to make sure Peter (Wes Ramsey) thinks their baby died in childbirth, but she has yet to find someplace to hide her child.

In comes Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), who is going to need a live baby, sooner rather than later. Brook is already doing a very poor job of hiding the fact that she’s wearing a gigantic fake pregnancy belly, with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) already suspicious something odd is going on. After all, she is refusing her medical services and lied about having an ultrasound Britt knows she never had.

General Hospital Spoilers – Tricking Valentin — Or Not…

It’s only a matter of time before Britt figures out the truth and tells Maxie what’s going on? It’s a good bet they decide Brook can keep Maxie’s baby for a limited amount of time — just enough time to get Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) attached to the baby so that he signs back some shares of ELQ.

It can also go another way. General Hospital spoilers hint that Valentin may realize Brook isn’t pregnant after all and goes along with this plot just to stick it to Peter.

The Quartermaines may even grow attached to this baby and not want to give her up. Ned (Wally Kurth) is bound to fall in love with who he thinks is ‘his’ grandchild not realizing this is really Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) grandchild. And we guess Frisco Jones’ (Jack Wagner) as well, but he shouldn’t count.

What if the Qs don’t want to give this baby up and fight Maxie for it. This clever little baby “switch” could have repercussions across Port Charles for years to come.

GH Spoilers – A Blast From Port Charles’ Past

Either way, this story is sure to be juicy and reminds us of another mother who faked her infant’s death to protect him from his criminal father just six years ago. That woman was Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), who faked Leo’d death to keep him from Julian (William deVry). Oddly enough, Brook Lyn became Leo’s guardian for a while as well, when Olivia hid the baby in Brooklyn, NY.

We guess Brook Lyn is the go-to nanny, so to speak, for fake baby deaths. Stay tuned to find out what happens on General Hospital.
