However, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) might make some surprising decisions when he’s found alive. It’s possible that Carly could be rejected. Sonny just might prefer his new life, as well as his new love story with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Found Alive

GH spoilers reveal that as of right now, the only person who knows that Sonny is alive is Nina. She keeps the shocking discovery to herself and doesn’t even fill in the amnesiac on his true identity. At one point, they discussed Sonny’s missing memories. He explained that he has zero interest in his past. Not only that, but he’s not even curious to find out if he has a family out there somewhere.

At some point, Sonny will be discovered alive. We are thinking that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) might have another Sonny sighting. The first one he dismisses and assumes it was a figment of his imagination. However, what happens if Jax sees Sonny a second time? There is also the chance that when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) go on the run, they could end up in Nixon Falls. That would be the perfect opportunity for everyone to find out that Sonny is alive and well.

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Attacked

When Carly gets the news that her husband isn’t dead, she will race to Nixon Falls. She will need to see Sonny in the flesh with her very own eyes to believe it. Of course, Carly will also learn that Nina knew the truth and kept it to herself. Technically, Nina did attempt to tell Carly over the phone. However, she wouldn’t stop her rabid ranting long enough for Nina to actually say anything.

It won’t matter to Carly what Nina’s intentions were or what she tried to do. All she will see is red and could finally completely lose control. We can see Carly lunging at Nina and physically attacking her.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that when Sonny sees Nina being attacked, he will step in to help his new friend. Carly will probably be stunned to see her husband defending the enemy. Carly attacking Nina won’t sit well with Sonny as he processes the shocking new developments. He might not know what to do when his two identities and lives collide. He could feel a duty to be back with Carly and his family. He could also want to keep his new life in Nixon Falls, which might include a relationship with Nina.

GH Spoilers – Prefers New Life And Love?

As Carly reels over her husband turning into a person she doesn’t recognize, Sonny will be forced to make a choice. He can’t keep both of his lives but no matter what decision he makes, there will be unexpected consequences. Watros mentioned to Soap Opera Digest that Nina’s secret isn’t motivated by revenge or spite. It’s actually the opposite as Nina is seeing Sonny happy and carefree for the first time. So, when she explains this is why she didn’t reveal the truth, it could give Sonny food for thought. Could he actually choose his new life and does that indicate a future with Nina? Or will he eventually find his way back in Carly’s arms?

      Sonny isn't in position to decide who he wants to be with. At his age and the responsibilities he has he better think again. While he is playing dead and flirting with Nina he better be got a plan in place in case some one comes looking for him in Nixon's Falls. Sonny knows better than to turn on Carly, he knows she will light his head up in a heart beat, and I can't blame her. All of the things that she is having to go through with because he is presumpted to be dead but he isn't. I don't know where this story line is going, it's like Sonny got a wild hair up his backside and decided to leave home to start a new life, like he's faking amnesia. This story needs to come to halt, Sonny has no business in Nixon Falls away from his family with Cyrus R. on the loose. It's absurd, for the writers to think that the viewers are going to sit through another dragged out, boring story line about Sonny and Nina. I think I better start watching "IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT" sure they maybe repeats but at least they are not just right out crazy. Sonny take your buns home, Nina stick with Jax.

      If you make Sonny end up with Nina It will be the Death of General HOSPITAL for me over 30 + year gone….between dragging story lines on way to long..all of General HOSPITAL is out of wack or today's world..story lines so chopped up just get crazy..even hard to watch at all..You need some New..all the killing and people dying..some weird Police Dept…in real life most of them ould be in jail..We are not stupid..this isn't how life work and if you think tsking viewers down a rabitt hole I can not understand how you won any awards..Keeping it real with twist is way better…

Writer do you read what viewers say I sure hope so we all don’t want Nina and Sonny to be together it the stupid and ridiculous storyline and it keeps on dragging it for long time it needs to stop. What the real reason to drag this. Sonny need to get back home again

      Sonny need to get back to Port Charles to be with his family ASAP.Nina go back to Jax stop messing Sonny head . Sonny you don’t need Nina she is using you and Nina going to lose her everything she needs to lose it will be her fault if she doesn’t do the right thing to get Sonny back home again ASAP. Come on writer why you love breaking up the family let Sonny go back home to be with his family. Beside Phyllis doesn’t know that Nina know about it that she know Sonny he has a family out there.
