Billy has been open with Lily about his feelings for Victoria. He cares for her. She’s the mother of two of his children, one of whom, Johnny Abbott (Holden and Ryan Hare) Victoria selflessly adopted.

However, Billy was also direct with Victoria. He saw what Lily initially recognized, Victoria was trying to disrupt BiLily. Eventually, both ladies had a confrontation, where Lily was told that Billy would return to form.

Lily openly rejected Victoria’s words but was internally affected by the message.

As of now, Billy has the upper hand with both ladies. Victoria wants him back or at least wants to split him from Lily.

Khalil’s character has fallen under Billy’s spell, which appears to represent a love match. But time will allow her to know if he’s able to fully commit to a lasting relationship.

Billy realized last year that he wanted a fresh start. So, he ended Villy and eventually paired with Lily. Billy holds the interest of both ladies, but likely won’t retain a choice indefinitely.
