General Hospital seems all-in on Jason and Britt as evidenced by a very non-COVID love scene this week.
Jason (Steve Burton) seems to actually be in love with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) while Britt doesn’t know what to feel. After all, she just learned she definitely has the marker for Huntington’s Disease and her life might turn out a lot different than she ever expected.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan And Sam McCall Just Didn’t Work Anymore
Try as they did, Steve Burton and Kelly Monaco couldn’t manage to find that same magic they had years ago when Burton first returned to the soap. Maybe too much time had passed or maybe Sam had changed too much. After all, she thought she was with Jason for two years already and had who she thought was Jason’s child, but Scout was Drew’s (Billy Miller) and Sam had wanted a different life.
At the time the real Jason returned, Sam and Drew (as Jason) were just starting Aurora to get away from the mob life. Sam thought Jason (it was Drew) had just been shot again and she couldn’t take it. She needed a safe life and to keep her children safe and never wanted to lose Jason again. Yes, when the real Jason returned she fell right back into that life, but it took even Sam a while to learn she had changed.
GH Spoilers – Sam McCall Will Always Be An Adventurer
Yes, Sam feels a bit left out right now especially after Carly (Laura Wright) had her followed and Jason told her to leave him alone because she is the one who ended things. However, she has to focus on her children. She may be torn and may always want Jason somewhere deep inside, but she also has to face that it’s over and it ended the night he went into the river in 2012.
It’s time for Sam to move on in the same way Jason has moved on. She made her choice and it may have even been the right choice. And Jason seems like a different man being with someone other than Sam and we like it. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see how this story plays out.

Speak for yourself! Sam and Jason don't work because TPTB does not WANT THEM TO WORK! The humdrum scenes and dialogue were created and intended to put the kabosh on JaSam just like it was when they destroyed Luke and Laura years ago.
I like Jason & Sam together, leave them alone let them be JaSam they are the hottest super couple on GH, writers leave them together.
So glad Jason has a NEW woman. He's smiling and laughing, something we rarely ever saw with Sam. All we got from Sam was DRAMA !!!
I agree to a point. I believe it’s more the actors desire for their roles, than the writers….I couldn’t believe Luke and Laura was never put back together. And I believe they could, and should have been. But I think it’s over for Jason and Sam, and not because if the writers, but because of Steve and Kelly. The writers are missing the time for Jason and Elizabeth to shine….
I think the writers are missing the greatest opportunity they have ever had, for Jason to shine with Elizabeth!!!!! You have the pens, you could make it work, and..without making Elizabeth look like the bad guy!
The ONLY reason they’re not together is these damn writers❗️❗️
Why? Because the writers give scripts that tear them apart not because fans aren't still behind them. The only scripts these writers can write are hurt, pain, kidnapping, amnesia, shooting, death, inept police department, children who are powder kegs waiting to blow, broken marriages, children without fathers, crazy people, liars, etc., but no happy…none. In my estimation a bunch of unhappy crap. Get some imagination and get family back together, rid PC of crazed psychos, and stop dragged out storylines that are boring.
They are losing a great couple if they put Jason. With Britt . She will end up sick &.he will have to look after her

its' good ! because Drew will be back for Sam, Not sure about Jason & Britt love affair 'promotion' might be another spoiler mistake/ he might just feel sorry for her illness. Carly needs help with her mob job, so he'll be busy.
