British royal family news reveals that Jill Biden recently spent some time with Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge. The occasion was the G7 Summit which was held this month in Cornwall. Members of the royal family mingled with the world leaders, and there many photo ops among the VIPSs.

The moment occurred when the press asked Kate about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new daughter. She was asked if she had seen the new baby via video and tactful Kate confirmed she hadn’t.

She responded, “I wish [Lilibet] all the very best. I can’t wait to meet her because I haven’t yet met her. So hopefully that will be soon.”

Fiorito told her listeners that, “Kate’s face when she got asked that question, I feel like her eyes were like ugh. Her assistants were then obviously like ‘this is over’ and cut it off.”

She added, “I love that Jill Biden just sips her water politely when they come up. She was like, ‘I know this is so awkward’. That has to be a meme.”

Bowie then got in on the action saying, “It has to be so stressful because you know that no matter what they talk about, the headlines are going to be about the Sussexes. That’s the part that I can’t imagine.”

“I’m sure she’s super prepped for it, but, at the same time, you know that all eyes are on you when they come up.”

The Sussex’s are Harry and Meghan who insist on being called that even though they denounced the monarchy. Days after the birth they announced that their new child was born on June 4.

Royal Family News – Kate Middleton Met With Jill Biden

In their announcement the new parents revealed that they had named their daughter Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, allegedly in tribute to the Queen and the late Princess Diana, Harry’s grandmother and mother respectively. Hours after the birth Harry threatened legal action against the BBC for reporting on the child’s name because that’s what he does.

Meanwhile Palace sources confirmed that Harry texted Kate to inform her of the birth, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posted their congratulations to social media.
