Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck’s Children Are Already Getting Playdates.  Jennifer Lopez’s twins Max and Emme, 13, and Ben Affleck’s son Samuel, 9, were present for the fun outing. The A-list couple, who practically invented the trend to call celebrity couples by a cute name combo, are making efforts to be close to each other’s children, as sources and friends believe the pair are serious about their rekindled romance.

Jennifer Lopez, 51, and Ben Affleck, 48, reportedly started dating in April 2021 after calling off their engagement in January 2004. The relationship rumors sparked when the pair were seen together in public just a few weeks after Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez called off their engagement.  It looks like J-Lo and Ben are taking their relationship to the next level and creating a blended family with their kids.

The two have remained friends after their 2004 split and have always spoken positively of each other in the press.

Ben Affleck went on to marry Jennifer Garner in 2005 and the pair divorced in 2018, after having three kids together: daughters Violet Anne, 15, and Seraphina Rose, 12, and son Samuel Garner. At the time, Affleck described the divorce as “the biggest regret of my life”.

Jennifer Lopez on the other hand married Marc Anthony five months after her relationship with Ben Affleck ended. The couple divorced in 2014, and they share fraternal twins, Max and Emme.

On Friday, the couple were pictured in Universal Studios with their children. They were snapped strolling through Springfield, the park’s “Simpsons”-themed attraction.

Lopez, who was dressed casually in a white tank top, baggy pants and sneakers, brought her twins along. Emme looks to be wearing a new blue hairstyle, while Max donned a spotless pair of Nikes for the outing.

According to Page Six, an onlooker at the park said that they “definitely looked in love. They were walking shoulder to shoulder and he was holding her hand.”

“They looked like they were just two people walking around — not a single person came up to them.”

Ben Affleck Gets Close To Jennifer Lopez’s Kids

Last month, an insider told PEOPLE that Affleck was happily getting to meet and spend time with Jennifer Lopez’s kids as the two continue to work on their rekindled relationship, and that they are “onboard with starting fresh in Los Angeles,” where he lives.

“They are slowly getting to know Ben,” the source said. “Everything seems to be running smoothly. It’s very obvious that Jennifer is serious about Ben. She hasn’t looked this happy for a long time.”

Another source also told PEOPLE recently that Affleck and Lopez appeared “very affectionate” with each other during a family dinner together with Max and Emme at Nobu in Malibu last month.

“Ben and her kids seemed comfortable together,” the source said. “Ben seemed great. He was smiling and laughing.”

Since reuniting, the duo have spent time together in Los Angeles as well as in Miami, where Lopez has been based.

Last weekend, the two enjoyed a date night in Beverly Hills, with a source telling PEOPLE that “They were both in a great mood. Ben always looks very happy when he is with Jen.” Another source also said that Lopez tries her best to spend as much time as possible with Affleck.
