Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton news teases that their long-awaited wedding could take place this weekend. According to TMZ, there will be nuptials soon as they have applied for a marriage license in Oklahoma.

The outlet reports that the application was turned in on Tuesday according to the Johnston County Court Clerk. Blake and Gwen only have 10 days from the date they file to marry in the state of Oklahoma.

Does this mean they are planning to marry this weekend, to coincide with the 4th of July holiday? They could always get cold feet, but we have a feeling they are both going to put a ring on it!

TMZ reports that they have been given inside info that Gwen and Blake will marry Saturday at Blake’s Oklahoma ranch.

According to the site the happy musical couple have planned out a full weekend full of fun activities and celebrations but there could be bad weather on the horizon. Just in case, they are, “staying a bit flexible due to the weather forecast. If mother nature cooperates, the ceremony will be held in an outdoor chapel on the ranch.”

A Marriage Of Epic Proportions Could Take Place This Weekend

Apparently Gwen, Blake and their kids are in place in Oklahoma already and have been since last Friday when they traveled from Los Angeles after Blake finished filming for “The Voice.”

Additionally the couple plan to send their private plane from Oklahoma to L.A. on Thursday so as to pick up Gwen’s family and bring them to the Midwest.

The source told TMZ that despite the superstar wattage that Blake and Gwen represent, the event will not be held on a huge scale, “only close friends and family will be on hand.”

Fans of the talented couple know that Blake popped the question in October after almost 5 years of dating.
The “No Doubt” singer announced their relationship way back in November 2015 at the CMAs in Nashville after they co-starred as judges on “The Voice.”
