General Hospital Rumors: Maxie Jones And Brook Lynn Quartermaine Battle Over Baby?

General Hospital (GH) rumors and spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is growing attached to a baby that is not hers. As viewers know, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) handed Brook Lynn her baby for safekeeping to keep her away from her nefarious father, Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Of course, Peter is dead, but neither Maxie nor Brook Lynn know that yet. For now, they believe that Peter is at large and could come back at any time to claim both Maxie and their daughter, whisking them away in the process.

General Hospital Rumors – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Is Doing Everything She Can To Appease Maxie Jones!

Brook Lynn needed a baby on General Hospital. She had been wearing a fake baby bump in order to fool Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) into giving back the ELQ shares he had tricked Brook Lynn into giving him. She promised access to their “baby” if he would just return the shares. Valentin agreed, but not until the baby was born, which meant Brook Lynn had to find a baby to fool Valentin with.

General Hospital spoilers and rumors reveal the deal with Maxie worked out for both women at the time. The only problem is that Maxie has had a difficult time staying away from the mansion, and her baby. This is frustrating to Brook Lynn, who keeps growing more attached to the little girl every day.

GH Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Has Taken A Job With Nina Reeves At Crimson!

One way that Brook Lynn has tried to keep Maxie away from her home is to take a job at Crimson Magazine, working for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Maxie works in the same building as a partner in Deception, so she will be able to see her baby in the company’s day care.

But over the Independence Day weekend, Maxie was once again drawn to the Quartermaine mansion to see her baby for herself. Will these two women be able to come to some sort of compromise? Will seeing her baby every day at work be enough for Maxie?

Maxie is doing her best to keep her distance on General Hospital, but knowing her baby is with another family is torture for her. She may be able to keep the charade going for now, but she’s eventually going to crack. She’s going to want her baby back. Will Brook Lynn be able to give up the little girl or will she fight Maxie tooth and nail? One thing is for sure, there are going to be some fireworks long after the 4th of July between these two!
