Will ABC’s Big Sky Star Britt Robertson Appear In Season 2?

Big Sky on ABC got renewed for a second season. However, as the show regularly kills off characters, will fans see more of Britt Robertson, who acts in the role of Cheyenne Kleinsasser?

Recall, in the finale of Season 1, Britt Robertson and Michelle Forbes were teased for a return. The popular crime, mystery, and murder drama ended with the rest of the family taken out of the picture.

Big Sky Season 2 And The Kleinsasser Family

In Season 1, ABC fans noticed that a lot of people tend to exit the show after some very gruesome ends. In fact, to the surprise of fans. in the debut of the last season, they immediately killed off Ryan Phillippe. Well, the deaths never ended with that. Actually, producers pretty much have to call on actors to come on the show just to end up very dead. Really, it seemed like people were dying left, right and center. Luckily for Cheyenne Klainsasser and Margaret, (Michelle Forbes), they survived. However, the rest of the family was not so fortunate.

Big Sky Season 1 saw Blake Kleinsasser (Michael Raymond-James), almost headless after his not-so-friendly brother  John Wayne (Kyle Schmid) was done with him. Well, on the ranch where Blayke once lived, a lot more drama and bad things happened. However,  ABC primetime fans enjoyed the many twists and turns and shock that the show brought. However, it’s not clear that they will cheer over the fate of Cheyenne and Margaret in Season 2.

Big Sky Cast Changes

TV Line reported this week, that Britt Robertson won’t reprise her role as Cheynne Kleinsasser. After all the deaths, fans heard that Cheyenne went to Dewell & Hoyt with a bunch of cupcakes. There, she announced that from now on she’s the boss of the ranch. Obviously, that made an opening for her return. However, she definitely won’t reprise her role. In fact she the character won’t feature in season 2 at all. So, it looks like there was no need to recast Britt.

Britt Robinson moves on from Big Sky for now. Meanwhile, Michelle Forbes already signed up to play the role of Dr. Veronica Fuentes in NBC’s New Amsterdam. So, with Britt and Michelle not on the show, it looks like the end came for the Kleinsasser family altogether. However, we’re pretty sure that Season 2 brings plenty more gruesome murders, gory scenes, and enough blood to keep the most bloodthirsty fans satisfied.

Big Sky – Will Fans Ever See More Of Cheyenne?

When the cast originally signed up, Britt came in as a “recurring” member. However, at this stage, it’s not known if fans will ever see Britt again. Right now, it seems rather unlikely though.
