Coronation Street Spoilers: Past Human Trafficker Returns — Is Alina In Danger?

Coronation Street spoilers have confirmed that Alina’s previous human trafficker is returning to the cobbles next week. Should Alina worry for her life?

Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) is on the rack trying to figure out who is responsible for the fire that almost killed her and her unborn child.

She’s clueless that it was her stepdaughter, Hope Stape (Isabelle Flanagan) who set the flat on fire after seeing how the baby is getting all Tyrone’s (Alan Halsall) attention.

After learning from the police that it was arson and after discovering her keys are missing, Alina accuses love rival Fiz Stapes (Jennie McAlpine) convinced she’s the only one who has access to her keys in the flat.

But next week, Tyrone makes the greatest sacrifice to cover-up for his child by betraying Alina. Tyrone tells Alina he found the keys in the jacket pocket, which changes her mind about Fiz.

But instead of helping his pregnant partner to calm down a bit, this triggers her to overthink that someone in the street is after her life.

Talking with local policeman Craig Tinker, Alina revisits her trafficking case from years ago hoping to find any connection to the recent arson. She’s quick to believe that one of the gang which she turned down is taking revenge against her.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Alina Pop Confronts Previous Villain Rachel Watts

Fearing that the culprit may strike again, Alina is forced to confront Rachel when they cross roads on the Street.

Rachel, played by the actress Verity Henry, was arrested in 2019 after the late character Seb Fraklin (Harry Visinoni) helped Alina to bring her down after forcing Alina to work long hours in the salon against her decision.

Later next week, Rachel fights for her innocence of the arson insisting she had nothing to do with it at all.

But Alina is left fearing who could be the real culprit and her desperation leads her into unveiling Tyrone’s secret. Can Alina handle the truth?

Tyrone’s cover up for his child Hope continues as he informs grandmother Evelyn Plummer (Dame Maureen Lipman) that Fiz and Hope are spending the next days away with Cilla but in reality Fiz has brought Hope with her at a B&B in Manchester.

Meanwhile, Alina is left reeling to know baddie Rachel is out from her list. And she’s closer to knowing the truth when she discovers Fiz lied about staying with Cilla.

Convinced that Fiz is running away from her crimes, Alina reports her allegations to the police. When Fiz and Hope return to the cobbles, they are welcomed by police officers and Fiz can do nothing but cry while getting arrested.

Torn about protecting his previous family and saving his new life with Alina, Tyrone catches up with her to confess it was Hope who was responsible for the crime. Can she still trust Tyrone after knowing she’s been lied to?
