Royal Family News: Virginia Roberts’ Father Says Prince Andrew Should Be “Ashamed”

British royal family news shows that the father of the woman accusing Prince Andrew of “sexual assault” is backing his daughter Virginia Roberts. Her father Sky Roberts is “proud” his daughter filed a lawsuit in New York accusing the royal of sexual assault.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court on Monday. In it Roberts accuses Andrew, who earned the nickname “Randy Andy” of battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Roberts brought the lawsuit on her 38th birthday. The suit alleges that dead, convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with Andrew three times.

According to the documents filed, the incidents took place in 2001 when Roberts was a minor at the age of 17.

Prince Andrew has maintained his innocence for years and now Roberts’ father says that he, “should be ashamed,” for not cooperating with authorities looking into the case. The FBI have repeatedly said that Andrew refuses to cooperate with them despite numerous pleas for him to make contact.

Sky Roberts told The Sun, “I support my daughter 100 per cent. The royals are not above the law. That’s not the way it works. They can’t just do what they want. People fight back. That’s what Virginia is doing, she is fighting back. She has to do what she thinks is right.”

Prince Andrew Is Called Out

The Florida man went on to say, “If Prince Andrew puts himself in my position, if this was happening to his daughter, how would he feel? He should be ashamed.’

He added, “He has the money and the power, but I hope Virginia comes out ahead. She is persistent when she gets her mind set on something, so I think she will win. She will get her day in court. It’s brave and I’m proud of her.”

He was not done excoriating Prince Andrew and noted, “He gets to go about his life, he is not prosecuted for anything. He should face up to these charges. I’m hoping this can set the record straight. I don’t think this is about money, it’s about doing the right thing. It’s about vindication.”

Royal Family News – Will Prince Andrew Talk To The FBI?

In the past Roberts alleged that Andrew of, “publicly feigning ignorance about Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation and sympathy for Epstein’s victims,” plus refusing to cooperate with the FBI.

He may have no choice now, as today the head of Scotland Yard said London police are prepared to help foreign authorities and ordered a fresh review into the allegations against Andrew, stating, “No one is above the law.”
