British royal family news reveals that a civil suit has been brought against Prince Andrew and he has nothing to say about it. But his crickets are making the royal family uneasy and according to one royal insider, the fam is uncertain as to what to do with him next.

Virginia Giuffre has brought sex abuse allegations against Andrew for reportedly, “raping and sexually abusing her when she was a teenager,” according to Express. The suit ws filed Monday in New York and she is suing the Queen’s son for punitive damages.

According to Giuffre, Andrew’s associate, dead, convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, “loaned her out,” to Andrew when she was 17-years old in 2001.

Royal Family News – Will Andrew Testify?

Prince Andrew denies having any sexual encounters with Giuffre, and claims he has no recollection of meeting her. He currently is staying with his mother the Queen at Balmoral in Scotland.

Outlets have reported that “crisis talks” about Andrew’s situation are being held there and according to The Sun, “there are deep concerns within the Royal Family over Andrew’s legal strategy.”

What is Andrew’s Legal Strategy?

In particular, the family is said to be concerned that Andrew has yet to publicly respond to the lawsuit. A senior insider told the outlet, “No one outside Andrew’s immediate team has a clue what’s going on — there’s absolute silence. It may be legally correct, but to the outside world, it’s disastrous, beyond parody.”

“Everyone around the Royal Family is utterly perplexed and staggered that the Duke has been brought to this position.”

And yet, when Prince Andrew infamously tried to defend himself in a BBC interview, he only made matters worse and the result was his demotion as a working royal. He was also virtually wiped clean from the family’s social media.

Royal Family News – Why Is Andrew Silent About The Charges Brought Against Him?

Andrew may not be talking about the latest development in his sordid situation, but the police are. On Thursday Dame Cressida Dick, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, said her team is having, “another look at the material” on the case.

She also told LBC that, “no one is above the law,” and pledged to cooperate with US authorities on the matter.

Spencer Kuvin represents a number of Epstein’s victims and he told the Daily Mirror that Andrew could be forced to part with a ton of money if the case against him is successful. He said, “Damages against Andrew could range in excess of £14million. Easily.”
