Royal Family News: Thomas Markle Says Archie And Lilibet Are “Deprived”

British royal family news show that Meghan’s Markle’s reportedly estranged father is making noises about not meeting his grandkids. He has yet to meet Archie and Lilibet and their paternal grandparents have not met Lili. Markle says the kids are “deprived” by the lack of contact and calls it “terribly unfair” to the relatives.

He added to Australian TV that Meghan has an “attitude” which is hardly breaking news.

Royal Family News – Meghan Markle Has An “Attitude”

According to Markle his ex-wife Doria Ragland is the only family member who regular interacts with the children.

Despite claiming in the past that he would use legal avenues to be able to see the kids, he claimed that he will not sue in order to see the children because he doesn’t want them to be, “used like pawns.”

He told the outlet, “I think they (Archie and Lilibet) are being deprived of seeing all their grandparents and I think they are being deprived of seeing all their relatives and I think that’s terribly unfair to them.”

When asked about using legal channels to see the children he said, “I’ve had offers from several lawyers – pro-bono – because we do have the right to sue to see our grandchildren. But to me that’s like trying to descend into a game and using them like pawns and I won’t sue to see them because I just think that’s using them and it’s not what I plan to do.”

What Happens Next With Thomas Markle?

He added, ”They shouldn’t be used, they are just babies. So no, I will wait. I will wait patiently until they are ready to bring them to me. But as long as my daughter has the attitude she doesn’t want me to see them, that’s the way it’s going to be.”

He was also magnanimous in his desire that the kids’ paternal grandparents be allowed to see them, saying, “I would like them, all four of them, to go back to England and fulfil their duties. It’s better for the children and it’s better for them.”

That sounds like a pie in the sky dream now that the thirsty pair have achieved their stated goal of “financial freedom,” putting money above family.

Additionally Markle told the UK show Good Morning Britain that Meghan is “controlling,” which does not bode well for a happy family reunion.

When he was asked if he thinks Meghan in in control of her marital relationship he said, “I believe that 100 per cent. My daughter is very controlling.”
