DOOL spoilers for Friday reveal that EJ and Johnny will get into another argument about the movie. EJ insists that his son works with him at the family business, DiMera Enterprises. However, Johnny has zero interest in working in an office, including one where his father is the co-CEO. The two just can’t see eye-to-eye and things between them will continue to escalate.

On Friday, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) will catch up. Part of the conversation might be Lucas opening up about Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). However, the other part will be focused on Kate’s love life. Since Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) broke Kate’s heart, she has not been with anyone else. Kate does have a history with Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). When Lucas notices the way Roman is looking at Kate, he urges his mother to give him another chance.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday reveal that Marlena and John will discuss Johnny’s new movie. They will also talk about the investment opportunity that Johnny pitched to his grandmother. The movie subject will bring up bad memories for “Jarlena” and the couple will spend some time revisiting the past.

On Friday, Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will receive a clean bill of health from Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). Kayla will tell Doug and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) that there is nothing to worry about. Doug and Julie will be relieved that there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong physically or mentally. However, there will still be that question of why did Doug lock his wife in the freezer? What is going on with his memory lapses and missing chunks of time?

Meanwhile, Abigail will have a surprising request for Chad. What could it be and is Chad willing to do it? Does she want to pay a visit to Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), especially since she feels guilty about the miscarriage? If so, will Gwen confess the truth, that the miscarriage isn’t Abigail’s fault? Or could Abigail’s request have to do with something else? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out what happens next.
