And even though both Jolie and Pitt insisted they never hooked up during his marriage to Jennifer Aniston, Jen watched her romance with Brad collapse like a house of cards.  Fast-forward to 2016, and Angelina became the woman wronged. 

Now, in the wake of Jolie’s filing for divorce and a bitter custody battle with Pitt, rumors coupling Aniston and Pitt have soared once more.

Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt ‘Thrilled’ To Be Together Again?

Ever since Angelina Jolie decided to file for divorce from Brad Pitt, rumors about Jennifer Aniston’s revived relationship with her former husband have swirled.

And now those rumors soar once more amid reports that the former golden couple have teamed up for their first movie together, claims an insider via Mickey.

In order to create the film, Brad and Jennifer began discussing a possible project together in 2020, per the source.  But months of discussion followed before the film plans got firmed.

As for how Pitt and Aniston feel that the rumors have soared about the former couple’s new project?  The insider described the duo as “thrilled that the news is finally out there.”

As a result of the rumors, Jennifer and Brad don’t have to try to hide their late night reunions, explained the source. 

“It’s a relief the news is out there now because they’ve been working together on several projects for months, many of which are abandoned scripts they bought during their marriage,” added the insider.

After Brad Pitt reportedly cheated on Jennifer Aniston during their marriage, the question of trust arises.  But the source claims that the focus on making a movie together has helped.

“It’s a very sentimental time for both of them,” pointed out the insider. 

“And despite everything that happened, they trust each other implicitly when it comes to making movies,” added the source.   As for who initiated the movie project?

Brad began the project by inviting Jennifer to work together with him.  Produced by Plan B Entertainment,” this first movie project has sent Brad “absolutely over the moon she accepted his proposal to team up again,” according to the insider.

Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston Love Those ‘Late Nights’!

After devoting a year to persuading Jennifer to work with him, Brad has arranged for some “late nights” with his former wife, said the source.  And his cause got aided by the former couple’s time looking at their old projects.

“These are all stories that are close to her heart, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed by either of them that all of these projects are happy positive films,” explained the insider. 

Prior to production, Pitt and Aniston have worked together late at night writing the script.  “They’ve been spending late nights writing scripts,” revealed the source. 

In addition, Jen and Brad enjoy “fleshing out new ideas, and it was only a matter of time before they made it formal.
