General Hospital Spoilers: Jeff Webber To Return To Port Charles!

General Hospital spoilers tease that long lost relatives are popping up all over the place in Port Charles. Besides the mystery man stalking Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), someone else may be about to return to Port Charles after decades of being gone. It all begin when Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) received a shocking phone call asking her about her best friend Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst).

Since Terry grew up with Elizabeth, she knows this person quite well. But it had been years so imagine Terry’s surprise when the person on the other end of the line was Dr. Jeff Webber (last played by Richard Dean Anderson).

It’s no wonder why Jeff left town. After having to deal with Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) for years, Jeff left town to make a fresh start. And he did, remarrying at some point. He had at least four children (one from an extramarital affair). One of those children in Elizabeth. Elizabeth came to Port Charles years ago as a teenager to stay with her Grandmother, Audrey Hardy (Rachel Ames). Jeff pretty much left Liz in Audrey’s care and hasn’t really been a part of Elizabeth’s life, even when she needed him the most.

GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber Has Lived Her Entire Adult Life With Little Contact From Her Father!

When Elizabeth was raped as a teenager, Jeff didn’t return to Port Charles. All through Liz’s marriages and the birth of her three children, there wasn’t even a peep from Jeff. In the meantime, Liz discovered that Jeff had an affair that produced Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) whom she eventually came to regard as a sister. Apparently Jeff had a change of heart this year when Elizabeth’s husband, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) was murdered. He left a voice mail for Elizabeth who understandably didn’t call him back.

Perhaps Jeff decided that he needed to reconnect with Elizabeth. Or maybe he just wants to know about Hayden’s disappearance. Either way, its been way too many years since Jeff gave Elizabeth even a fleeting thought. But Terry has insinuated that something big went down between Liz and her father. Maybe he’s going to finally show up and try to make amends.
