It is confirmed that Nicole slaps Rafe. There are some different reasons why she might do this. One is if Rafe has to interrogate Nicole and seriously asks if she did have Sami kidnapped. That would infuriate her and slapping Rafe sounds like a very Nicole-ish reaction. However, chances are that Sami’s assumption is wrong and Nicole is innocent. So, who did really kidnap Sami and what was the reason? If it wasn’t for money, then was it due to revenge? Sami certainly has angered a lot of people over the years.
