British royal family news shows that a senior former Buckingham Palace royal adviser as well as other insiders, is spilling the dirt on the way Prince Andrew’s sex assault trail has been managed, or as some claim, mismanaged.

They claim the royal staffed “sleepwalked” into the legal crisis and have been beset with indecision over how best to manage affairs.

Senior royal insiders claim that Prince Andrew had “impunity” as a member of the Royal Family because staff were “too scared” to confront him. They also contend that his insistence on returning to public life be refused due to unanswered questions about his friendship with dead convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and his newly-convicted “pimp” Ghislaine Maxwell.

Royal Family News – Prince Andrew Acted With Impunity?

These insights come on the heels of two legal setbacks in his US sex assault case. Andrew has admitted he cannot prove his bizarre claim that he cannot sweat and the judge also threw out an attempt to halt the case.

Lawyers for accuser Virginia Roberts, who is suing the prince for damages in a New York civil case, have demanded he give them evidence of his non-perspiration claim, one he made in a train wreak BBC interview in which he tried and failed in the court of public opinion to clear his name.

According to his legal team, “no documents exist in his possession, custody or control,” to prove the claim. Furthermore, the presiding judge ruled against Andrew’s request to delay the case based on a residency requirement. He claims that Roberts cannot sue in the US because she lives in Australia.

His friend, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted this week of multiple counts of child sex trafficking for Epstein. Roberts contends that she was trafficked to Andrew via Maxwell and Epstein.

In his BBC interview he told interviewer Emily Maitlis, “that on the date Miss Roberts says they slept together in London, he was at a Pizza Express in Woking. He has been told to prove this too.”

Roberts contends that, “she slept with Andrew three times in 2001, at a time when she was 17 and under the control of Epstein.” Andrew has denied the accusations.
