Hallmark’s new movie “The Perfect Pairing” will premiere on January 15 and the network will also release its wine with the same name.
Brennan Elliot and Nazneen Contractor will star in the upcoming Hallmark movie which is about Christina (Contractor), an anonymous food and wine critic, who visits the winery she formerly criticized. She rushes to leave the place before anyone can recognize her.
However, she’s not able to escape when she slips on the ice and hits her head when she makes her way out, which leads her to meet the Hollingbrook family led by the single father, Michael (Elliot).

He takes care of Christina until she feels great. During her stay, Christina lends a hand to the Hollingbrook as they get ready for their annual wine tapping party as well as Michael’s ice wine project.
When the teaser was released, Nazneen Contractor shared a glimpse on her Instagram account and called it her favorite Hallmark movie she has made so far. “So much love and labor went into this one. From my heart to yours,” she wrote with a red heart and wine glass emoji.
Along with the premiere is the release of the wine, a late harvest Sauvignon Blanc, named “The Perfect Pairing.” It is ice wine, just like the passion project of Brennan Elliot’s character in the movie, which is made from grapes in 37 degrees.

“The launch of The Perfect Pairing is so exciting for our team and truly a labor of love,” Nelson stated as documented by TV Shows Ace. Though he already made wines in the past that were inspired by the previous Hallmark movies, Nelson was thrilled with the idea that the newest wine was “highlighted within an original movie.”
“It is a special experience that viewers can see the wine on screen, and then directly purchase it to taste in real life,” he said.
Last December 2021, “The Perfect Pairing” star, Brennan Elliot shared on Instagram a photo of him and Nazneen with the wine in the center as he invited his followers to watch out for the premiere of his movie.
“Let’s start the New Year off right with some fun, humor, laughs, love, romance, and a bit of VINO!” he wrote.
