General Hospital Spoilers indicate that the long simmering passion between two Port Charles residents is about to boil over thanks to an unexpected heat wave about to hit the town. The Cassadine family is infamous for their weather machine and they may be up to their old tricks.

But instead of putting Port Charles into a deep freeze, this time they seem to be going the opposite route. And the unseasonal heat may be exactly what Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) need to unleash their passion for one another.

This wouldn’t be the first time that Brook Lynn and Chase found themselves in a hot situation. Not that long ago, the two of them were trapped together in a sauna. This led to Chase stripping right in front of Brook Lynn, who couldn’t get the image out of her mind for several days. But so far, the two have shown quite a bit of restraint, despite the secret that has been bonding them for weeks.

Brook Lynn and Chase have been pretending to be the parents of Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) in order to keep the baby safe from it’s father Peter August (Wes Ramsey). But the secret is out now and while it will be a relief on some level to not have to pretend anymore, giving up that baby won’t be easy for Brook Lynn. Chase will certainly want to comfort Brook Lynn, and with the help of a little artificial heat, these two may finally give in to their passion for each other.

For the past year on General Hospital, all Brook Lynn has had to focus on was keeping the baby safe. She still can’t pursue her passion for singing, thank to having his throat slit by Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). Brook Lynn will surely wonder where she goes from here, and may even consider leaving Port Charles.

But Chase has begun to fall for Brook Lynn, and with the help of a little bit of hot weather in February, the two may finally hit the sheets and give Brook Lynn every reason in the world to stay in Port Charles!
