Coronation Street Spoilers: Kevin Webster Learns Abi’s Devastating Secret

“Coronation Street” spoilers have teased a heartbreaking moment for Kevin Webster as he learns about his wife Abi’s passionate night with Imran.

On the screens, Abi (Sally Carman) is living the life of her dreams after getting married to long-suffering Kevin (Michael Le Vell). Only that she had a one-night stand with Imran Habeeb (Charlie De Melo) last autumn when Seb’s (Harry Visinoni) case wasn’t turning well. They managed to keep it under rugs but last December Abi confronted Imran after a pregnancy scare.

Despite their efforts to save their partners from heartbreak, the truth will come out next week on Wednesday’s episode (February 23) when Kevin hears Abi’s confession.

It should’ve been a sweet moment for the family as Kevin and his son Jack (Kyran Bowes) booked a trip to Bridlington for the upcoming adoption hearing for Abi and Jack. It was later in 2021 that Jack called Abi his “mum” which made her decide to be his legal parent.

‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers – On The Other Side Of The Cobbles

On the other side of the cobbles, Coronation Street spoilers show Imran and his partner Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) are having a romantic evening at the bistro to celebrate their engagement after Toyah suggested they should tie the knot in order to adopt their foster child.

However, Abi ruins the cheerful mood when she arrives with Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) and Sean Tully (Antony Cotton). Getting awkward about the situation, she runs outside and Sally finds her upset. Consumed by guilt, she confesses to Sally she shared the bed with Imran behind Kevin’s back.

The drama continues when Kevin and Jack show Alex (Liam Bairstow) around the camper van and Abi pleads to Sally she keeps schtum of her infidelity but she refuses to give her any assurance.

With the adoption hearing starting in a minute, Abi phones Sally to keep her confession a secret and to give her this one last shot at happiness. Although the social worker gives Abi a promising report, the couple is left disappointed when the Judge rules they have to return next month to reconvene.

The drama later unfolds when Sally calls Abi after listening to her message in the factory. Unaware that her phone is connected to the blue tooth speaker in the camper van and that Kevin is inside, Abi takes the call to talk about how he cheated with Imran.

Kevin is destroyed with what he just overheard and bolts the camper van down the street. Can he still forgive Abi? Will he continue with Abi’s adoption process or will he forever cut ties with her?

Corrie spoilers don’t look hopeful with Abi as there are dramatic scenes ahead of her. Her portrayer Sally Carman was spotted filming a car accident of some sort which might be the end result of her cheating with Kevin. Will Abi follow her son Seb to the grave?
