The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Cait Fairbanks Nailed A Perfect Aussie Accent

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Cait Fairbanks plays Tessa Porter on the CBS soap, one half of popular super couple Teriah. Tessa and her other half, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), are in a front burner storyline, engaged and ready to adopt. Fans are absorbed in their journey and it wasn’t too long ago that the couple were in a worrisome situation that looked as if there would be no happily ever after for the pair. That was so last year!

In 2022 it’s guns blazing for the feisty twosome who are ready to conquer the world one step at a time. Last year Cait was in an episode of The Goldbergs and she recently talked to Soap Opera Digest about the fun experience.

She nailed her Aussie accent: “It turned out that I was better at it than I thought because when I came onto set, I saw the producer I met at the audition who’s from Australia.” When Cait peppered him with her best Aussie accent he said, “Oh my gosh I thought you were actually Australian.”
