Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) had no idea who her father was on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. Then, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) led her through an online focused journey that resulted in a presumed conclusion. She was a Logan, with William deVry’s (Storm Logan) deceased character tagged as Flo’s father.

B&B fans recognized that it wasn’t possible to definitively say that Storm was Flo’s father without a DNA test being conducted. But all involved characters jumped on the fifty-plus percent odds results that allowed Flo Fulton to add Logan to her last name.

Now that Flo has been outed as a criminal, who enabled Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) to steal Hope Forrester’s (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) daughter, Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson), it stands to soapy reason that the Logan’s will want to seek confirmation of her genetic status.

Storm was last seen alive in 2008, when the character was written off the show. The man who Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) revealed that she was briefly with many years ago in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is believed to be Flo’s father, voluntarily gave up his life so that his sister, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) could have his heart. Katie had accidentally been shot earlier, causing Storm to be guilty, make his fateful choice, and serve to save his sister’s life while surrendering his own.

Viewers noticed that Storm topped the percentage chart when Flo’s paternity results were revealed. However, another familiar face appeared as well.

Stephen Logan, Senior’s (played by former B&B cast member, Patrick Duffy from 2006-2011) photo and approximately half the percentage chance he was Flo’s father was displayed on a computer screen. He starred on the original edition of that iconic drama series from 1978-1991, with an infamous one season break (1985-1986) where Bobby was believed to be dead. That time frame was later re-imagined as Pamela Barnes Ewing’s (Victoria Principal) dream.

Larry Hagman (J.R. Ewing), Barbara Bel Geddes (Ellie Ewing), Jim Davis (Jock Ewing), Linda Gray (Sue Ellen Ewing), Charlene Tilton (Lucy Ewing), Steve Kanaly (Ray Krebbs), Ken Kercheval (Cliff Barnes), and others were also part of the show’s large, ensemble cast. A reboot of the series occurred from 2012-2014, with three more seasons added.

Far more storyline options could be explored if B&B makes Stephen become Flo’s father. There isn’t much more to be mined if Storm remains Flo’s dad.

Duffy’s many fans would surely welcome his return, assuming he’s agreeable to doing so. Reprising this character would make sense if he needs to return to Los Angeles, California.

Hardcore B&B fans recall that Stephen’s late wife was Beth Logan (Robin Riker), who Hope and Liam honored with the name of their much-discussed daughter.
