British royal family news reveals that the private life of chicken rescuers and royal runaways Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is headed to a small screen near you. For some reason, Netflix cancelled Meghan’s cartoon, but now wants a domestic drama? Go figure. Maybe they are just desperate to get ANYTHING out of these two.

The gazillion dollar question the streamer has to be asking is, will anyone watch as Harry juggles his balls and Meghan feeds the chicks? Hate to break it to you Netflix, but an Express UK poll has found that the response to a Markle series is: crickets. Maybe something beyond crickets even, since 98% of respondents have no intention of tuning in to see what they can get for free at the polo yard.

Netflix made a big deal out of cancelling Meghan a few days ago but now they have apparently green-lighted a, “at-home with the Sussexes-style documentary, for which they’d invited cameras into their Montecito home.” OMG NO.

Omg yes, according to GeoTV. This sets a new bar for television as a vast wasteland. What is Netflix even thinking? Obviously they are not because on May 22, Express UK ran a poll asking its readers: “Will you watch Meghan and Harry’s reality series?”

Drum roll please, the results are in and according to the outlet, “some 13,907 people took part in the pool, of which 98% (13,635) responded ‘no.’” It just doesn’t get more definitive than that. Maybe the other 2% hit the wrong button by mistake?

Royal Family News – The Markle’s Are Not Sizzle TV

One has to feel for lumbering, slumbering, dumb and dumber Netflix. They signed the flashy royal runaways when they were all sizzle and no drizzle. But the verdict is in and the flash was a flash in the pan.

How low has their brand/reputation sunk? The Markle’s have been officially lumped into the same category as disgraced Prince Andrew, by the queen no less. In June she celebrates her Platinum Jubilee and the prime event is a parade, watched from the Buckingham Palace balcony.

The queen actually issued an announcement to the world stating that Harry and Meghan are banned from appearing on the balcony with her: “After careful consideration, The Queen has decided… to limit those on the Buckingham Palace balcony at Trooping the Colour to only working royals.”

According to the Star, it was actually two other senior royals, “who put their foot down for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s balcony exclusion—Prince Charles and Prince William.”

“They feel that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have caused nothing but chaos since moving to America with their endless tell-alls and interviews throwing shade at the royal family. They think it would be hypocritical of Harry and Meghan acting all smiles and waving to the crowds from the balcony like they’re one big, happy family.” Maybe they can address this on their reality show?
