Prince Harry Desperate To Be Welcomed Back To The Family He Savaged

British royal family news shows that much has been made of the drive-by that happened between Prince William and Prince Harry earlier this month in the U.K. Harry flew a private gas guzzling jet there and back, abruptly leaving early after being booed.

Royal experts have speculated on the current state of the relationship Harry torched with incendiary rants, with Russell Myers, royal editor at Daily Mirror and co-host of “Pod Save The Queen” airing his thoughts on “Today Extra.”

Earlier this month Queen Elizabeth held her Platinum Jubilee celebrations, commemorating 70 years as monarch. Despite Harry and his wife Meghan trying their best to make spectacles of themselves while there, Prince William and his sibling were not seen publicly interacting.

According to Myers, their relationship is still, “strained in the extreme at the moment.”

“We saw it at the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. They didn’t, unfortunately, hang out at all,” the royal expert said. “I was in St. Paul’s Cathedral, where I saw Harry sort of straining his neck to try and catch his brother’s eye but didn’t manage to at all. They didn’t spend any time together during those four days.”

Like many who would never stoop so low as Harry and Meghan have since fleeing the UK, Myers, “believes that Prince Harry discussing the royal family in interviews following his move to California was part of the reason why the brothers’ rift hasn’t healed.”

David Campbell added that he thought William, “appeared to be shutting down his younger brother’s efforts to reconcile,” and Myers agreed, saying he, “saw it with [his] own eyes” during the service at St. Paul’s Cathedral.”

Royal Family News – Harry Burned His Bridges

No one should feel an iota of sorrow for Harry, he burned his bed and now that is what he has to lay in.

Because of the savage way in which the Markle’s have dragged the royals, Myers thinks it is a, “very, very long road back,” for Prince Harry. “Harry is desperate, I think, for approval from his brother. [He is] caught in this sort of no man’s land that he wants to get on with the rest of his life with Meghan in California. They’ve set up this brand new life, everything seems to be going great for them, they’ve made an awful lot of money through these Netflix and Spotify deals. And yet, he still longs for this sort of belonging from the family.” Longing to belong is natural and normal, but what Harry and Meghan did to his family is alien and abnormal to most people—especially his so-called loved ones.
