Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will push Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) to admit his feelings for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker)! If he doesn’t hurry up he may not have another chance in future episodes of DOOL!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Eric Brady’s Feelings Are Pretty Obvious

Eric’s feelings for Nicole are pretty obvious to anyone that knows him very well; he had a recent conversation with Nicole hearing she’d cancelled her wedding to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). But she explained it wasn’t cancelled forever, only postponed, given the recent murder of Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller); she just hadn’t felt the timing was appropriate. However, that seemed a flimsy excuse since that same day Eric officiated the wedding of Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry)!

Eric obviously was wondering if there wasn’t more to that wedding postponement on Nicole’s part – like maybe she still had feelings for him too? It turns out Roman is thinking the same, and tells Eric he needs to tell her his feelings; if for no other reason than so she could make an informed decision!

DOOL Spoilers – Eric Brady Didn’t Want The Divorce And Would Have Forgiven

Eric had been married to his mission work more than he had been married to his wife, and Nicole eventually felt abandoned and lonely. She had fallen into temptation and had a drunken one night stand with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sami Brady (Allison Sweeney) had exposed it in a very public way! Eric was hurt, but he understood, considering he had kept postponing trips home several times and he had left for Africa when they were just barely even married! He was very willing to forgive but Nicole had given up – now, feeling there was a reason their timing to be together never had worked out. She felt they weren’t right for each other.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – If Nicole Walker Knew Eric Brady Still Loved Her…

Roman tells Eric if Nicole knew that Eric still loved her she may have a different feeling about going through with her marriage to Rafe! Before Eric came home to Salem to stay, since he was kicked out of the priesthood for unauthorized exorcisms, Nicole went back and forth but finally settled with Rafe.  Rafe had been seemingly serious with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and torn between her and Nicole but they finally got together.

They’ve been together ever since and got engaged but even then Nicole didn’t seem completely sure! She kind of went into this strange cycle of do’s and don’ts with her desire for marriage, which completely had confused Rafe!

DOOL Spoilers – Awkward But Must Be Done

Roman understands how awkward it will be for Eric to tell Nicole how he really feels when she’s engaged to be married to someone else! But if he never admits it to her and she does go through with the marriage, then he’ll never get the chance and will wonder what might have happened! Time is of the essence, Roman explains – it must be done. Nicole won’t know how she feels either without knowing how Eric feels, and she may slap him down but at least he’ll know and so will she!
