Lani just might blurt out that she killed TR at the wedding.

Lani is arrested and during the week of June 27, she sits in jail while her fate is decided. During that same week, Lani will get an unexpected visit from an old friend. Lani really has only one old friend that’s been shown on the soap. That friend is none other than fugitive Kristen DiMera.

Since Kristen is a master of masks and a wanted woman, she might show up at the jail disguised as someone else. Kristen might even offer Lani a way out of her predicament, but it won’t be ethical or legal.

Even though Lani and Kristen were close at one time, they had a falling out. Kristen still considers Lani a good friend. However, Lani knows that Kristen is bad news. Lani is also horrified each time one of Kristen’s crimes comes to light. So, there is no way that Lani will protect Kristen.

In fact, Lani could commit the ultimate betrayal. Lani just might use Kristen’s appearance as a way to get out of going to prison for murder.
