General Hospital Spoilers: Gladys And Brando Stage An Intervention!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has had a terribly difficult time these past few months. A year ago, at this time, she and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) were happily expecting the birth of their baby. But complications arose during labor and although their son was born, he was unable to survive without machines. The heartbreaking decision to take him off life support was made and not long after, their son passed away. Sasha and Brando mourned the loss of Liam Corbin. And so did Brando’s mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).

General Hospital Spoilers – Time Moves On!

As time moved on, Brando and Sasha found themselves mourning Liam in different ways. Brando took the time to process his baby’s death and allowed himself to feel every bit of the pain. But Sasha handled things differently, preferring to return to work almost immediately. But things became more difficult for Sasha and eventually, she turned to pills for comfort. Sasha already had one bout with addiction, and almost died from an overdose. She managed to stay clean until she realized she couldn’t cope any other way.

GH Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore And Brando Corbin Eloped!

On a spur-of-the-moment trip to Niagara Falls, Brando and Sasha made the decision to elope. Sasha was high at the time and may not have made that decision in her right mind. But the two remained together and returned to Port Charles as a married couple. Gladys was concerned that they were being hasty and she wasn’t entirely wrong. Everything came to a head when the paparazzi caught Sasha about to take a pill. Gladys stole his memory card and she and Sasha made a hasty retreat. But the photographer chased them in his car and that may have contributed to what happened next!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Hit Harmony Miller With Her Car!

When Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) jumped into the path of Sasha’s car, she was unable to swerve in time and hit Harmony, who later died from her injuries. Gladys took a look at the memory card and realized that Sasha was back on drugs, although she wasn’t high at the time of the accident. And although Sasha assured Gladys she was off the bills, Gladys still insisted on moving in with the newlyweds. As Sasha’s behavior grows more and more erratic, look for Gladys to confide in Brando about the drugs. Brando, a former addict himself, will likely suggest an intervention. With Sasha’s friends and family gathered together, can they convince Sasha that she has a serious problem and needs to get help?
